Project context

The Emeelt Eco-Industrial Park is a major industrial infrastructure development in Khan-Uul District, approximately 30 km from central Ulaanbaatar. Its energy package is configured around two 12 MW generating units and is intended to support the park's industrial operations with reliable power and thermal energy.

Our scope

Khan Taichu is engaged for design transformation/localization and design supervision. Our work includes adapting international design documentation to current Mongolian building codes and standards, technical review, professional Mongolian technical documentation, coordination for statutory design review and approval, and signed design-supervision outputs.

During implementation, our supervision role also covers coordination of design changes and participation in construction-stage acceptance activities in accordance with the project requirements.

Project context

The park's current infrastructure program includes a wastewater treatment facility with a planned first-phase capacity of approximately 6,700 m³/day. The system is intended to manage domestic and industrial effluent generated by the park's light-industry activities, including leather and other processing operations.

Our scope

Khan Taichu's contracted scope covers design transformation and design supervision for preliminary and construction design documents. The work includes localization to Mongolian codes and standards, professional technical translation, coordinated engineering review, preparation of reviewed and approved design documentation, and support through statutory review and project execution.

Our architectural team has also contributed feasibility/PFS-stage planning and sketch-design support for the treatment facility.

Project context

The facility is planned as a dedicated industrial site combining process areas, storage and handling zones, service access, vehicle circulation and supporting building functions within a coordinated site layout.

Our scope

Khan Taichu prepared PFS and concept-stage architectural design and site planning for Eeliin Govi LLC. The work included development of the overall building concept, arrangement of storage, treatment and handling areas, internal circulation and access, and coordination of the architectural solution with the intended industrial process and environmental-safety requirements.

Project context

The Regional Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Dalanzadgad forms an important part of regional healthcare infrastructure. Provincial records identify the center as a major state-supported health investment and it continues to provide diagnostic and treatment services for residents of the South Gobi region.

Our scope

Khan Taichu's portfolio scope focused on the building-services package: heating, water supply, sewerage and external utility networks. Our work covered installation and coordination of these systems and their connections between the building and external networks, supporting dependable year-round operation in the South Gobi environment.

Project context

The Gobi Museum of Nature and History opened in Dalanzadgad in May 2022. Developed with financing from the Gobi Oyu Development Support Fund, the museum houses more than 4,000 artifacts and exhibits covering the natural, paleontological and cultural history of the Gobi region.

Our scope

Khan Taichu's portfolio records building-services work for the museum in 2020, covering heating, water supply, sewerage and external utility networks. Our role centered on the mechanical and utility systems required for the museum building together with the external connections needed for reliable facility operation.
