Project overview
Project context
Industrial recycling facilities need clear separation of process, storage, vehicle movement, maintenance and safety zones. Khan Taichu’s documented project experience includes PFS sketch and concept-stage architectural work for the Eeliin Govi waste oil recycling plant.
Khan Taichu scope
What we contributed
The design work developed the building and site concept around the functional needs of an industrial waste-oil facility. The architectural planning considered process and handling areas, storage functions, circulation and access, while coordinating the facility concept with environmental-safety requirements and future engineering development. The project demonstrates Khan Taichu’s ability to translate industrial operating requirements into a coherent facility layout at the early design stage.
